Maintenance and operation of WWTPs and DWTPs
Maintenance assistance can be carried out by various means:
- Analyses and reports to administrations.
– On-Line assistance service.
– Maintenance and support service for the programming of automatons and SCADAs via remote access.
– Preventive and corrective maintenance of the basic WWTP through visits by a specialist maintenance technician.
– Process control.
- Optimisation of resources used in the treatment plant (chemicals, electricity, space).
- Training in the operation of the wastewater treatment plant for the client’s operators.
- Integral operation of the WWTP.
Operation and management of the sewage treatment plant
The operation of wastewater treatment plants is another of the services that Aguambiente offers to clients who are interested in delegating the direct management of the WWTP, ETAP.
This service includes everything related to the operation of the wastewater treatment plant, up to the limit determined by the client.
- Direct operation of the plant, assuming different levels of plant management up to full responsibility for the plant.
- Aguambiente direct assistance staff.
- Management of consumables and/or extraction of waste.
- Management of WWTP spare parts.
- Incident and fault management.
- Analyses and reports to administrations.
Commissioning of the sewage treatment plant
Aguambiente commissions its WWTP in the days following the completion of the project.
Once all the equipment is installed, our Technical Team specialised in commissioning will go to the plant to start up the whole installation and check that all the elements are working correctly.
At this point, the necessary adjustments and corrections are made to all the equipment so that the wastewater treatment result is as estimated.
During the start-up period, Aguambiente’s technical team will give training courses to the personnel in charge of the maintenance of the treatment plant.
Once the training process has been completed, the maintenance manuals will be handed over, which will allow the correct development of the maintenance and conservation tasks of the purification plant.
